I have probably over researched or over thought this and gotten myself very confused but the differences are there. In any case, it is a good early game armor that will help players resist the relentless attacks of various foes across the lands of Fallout 4. It is commonly worn by trappers and provides a decent amount of damage resistance. Noses can either be small or wide depending upon 'other' genetic influences in the DNA history of the particular area. Added in the Far Harbor DLC, the Trapper Armor has an odd look. Asian eyes sometimes are very 'wide-eyed' looking and at other times the eyes are barely slits between the upper and lower eyelids. Asian eyes (not all of them, of course) have the lower eyelid a bit 'puffy' as well as the upper eyelid. Trying to find where the 15 faces are stored in the program yields nothing! The biggest problem with true Asian faces are the eyes. The two new ones are just butt-ugly! At least to my way of thinking.
The original 15 were the best but at some point Bethesda saw fit to change two of the female 15 presets, dropping the second Asian female face and installing two new non-asian faces. I have tried to change and nothing happens. It seems that the only folks who can change those in-game 15 presets for both male and female is Bethesda.
